We’re supporting a remote-first team behind an open-source, developer-first platform powering the next generation of dApps, chains, and onchain experiences. Their modular crypto infrastructure unifies smart wallets, 1‑click cross‑chain payments, and real‑time data layers across EVMs. The platform offers solutions tailored to chains, DeFi, stablecoins, and gaming, enabling builders to launch scalable web3 applications without reinventing the stack.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer on the Developer Relations team, you’ll be the technical bridge between the platform and its partners. You’ll spend roughly 20 % of your time on pre‑sales discovery and architecture, and 80 % on post‑sales integration, optimization, and enablement. You’ll scope solutions, embed SDKs into partner stacks, educate developers new to web3, and channel field feedback directly into the product roadmap.

Key responsibilities 

• Integration delivery: guide partners through SDK/API integrations; deliver sample code that accelerates onboarding; pair with partner engineers; troubleshoot issues and ensure successful launches

• Pre‑sales: join discovery calls; understand partner requirements; scope effort and set them up for smooth integrations

• Developer experience advocacy: feed customer insights into SDK/API design; raise and merge PRs; refine docs, guides, and snippets to reduce time-to-integrate

• Education & support: demystify web3 concepts for traditional developers and simplify technical workflows for teams new to the space; write clear guides and post-mortems that developers actually use

• Internal collaboration: partner with product, core engineering, and supporting teams to prioritize roadmap items and ensure secure, scalable, easy-to-use tooling

Your know-how

• 3+ years of experience in solution/integration engineering, developer relations, or related roles

• Significant exposure to web3 technologies (wallets, smart contracts, payments, identity, or related infrastructure)

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable partner solutions

• Customer-facing communication skills with a track record of supporting developers through onboarding and adoption

• Computer science, software engineering, or related education

It’s a bonus if

• You have experience with Unity/Unreal Engine SDKs

• You have experience working in the gaming industry
