Our client builds North America’s leading clinical practice software for mental healthcare providers. Mission-driven and rooted in research, they create the tools clinicians need to deliver consistent, measurement-based care. Today, the platform supports 350+ healthcare organizations and tens of thousands of therapists working in clinics, hospitals, campuses, and workplaces. Population-level insights help regional health systems track outcomes, and portable patient data keeps continuity of care front and centre.

Now less than 10 years old, the company has grown deliberately in lock-step with revenue, drawing modest funding only from its incubator, accelerator, and a mission-aligned family office. The team sits at ~65 people overall. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll join an R&D group of ~35 (about 10 in product & design, 20 in software engineering, and 5 in analytics and solutions), reporting to the VP of Product and working within a cross-functional “Core Experiences” pod.

Remote-first and small by design, the company values scrappy self-starters who communicate clearly, surface assumptions early, and keep a steady eye on customer impact and business constraints.

Key responsibilities 

  • Lead key product initiatives: Elevate day-to-day therapist experiences to drive satisfaction, engagement, and retention

  • Assessment engagement: Optimize how outcome assessments are scheduled, delivered, and completed by clients and providers

  • Enterprise scale: Evolve permissions, configurability, and reporting so large organizations can adopt and love the platform

  • AI & ML innovation: Identify and launch intelligence-powered features that improve outcomes and cut manual work

  • Internal AI enablement: Champion AI tools that boost product-development velocity and decision quality

  • Roadmap ownership: Define and communicate the Core Experiences roadmap in line with company goals, user needs, and technical reality

  • Product discovery & delivery: Partner with Design, Engineering, Data, and Clinical SMEs to validate, prioritize, and ship valuable solutions

  • Insight-driven iteration: Leverage qualitative feedback and platform analytics to tighten product-market fit and measure success

  • Go-to-market partnership: Work with Customer Success, Implementation, and Sales to ensure smooth roll-outs and lasting customer value

Your know-how

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS

  • Demonstrated success leading discovery and delivery with measurable results

  • Practical experience applying AI or ML to internal workflows or customer-facing features

  • Sharp product intuition and UX sensibility for workflow-heavy applications

  • Clear, persuasive communicator who aligns and influences without authority

  • Empathy for clinicians and a passion for improving mental healthcare systems

It’s a bonus if

  • Have shipped healthcare, behavioural-health, or EHR-integrated products

  • Have worked on outcome measurement or data-driven care tooling

  • Are comfortable in Figma and enjoy close collaboration with designers

  • Have scaled an enterprise B2B SaaS start-up
